If you've had a baby (or twins) you would know that keeping track of their feeds, nappy changes and naps are one of the most important yet tedious things to do in the first six weeks after birth.
Keep this notepad by your bed or nursing chair, or pop it in your nappy bag if you are going out. You will never need to think about which breast needs to be drained first again, or which child you last fed!
